Help us shape this new space on Granville Island.

Following the relocation of Emily Carr University of Art + Design (ECUAD), CMHC-Granville Island has begun the process of redeveloping ECUAD’s north building into the Arts & Innovation Hub in line with the Granville Island 2040 vision.

The Hub will be a new destination on Granville Island housing a mix of arts-focused and innovative organizations as well as restaurants and services in a 120,000-square-foot space.

At this stage of the redevelopment process, we are launching a call for ideas to gain input from the arts, cultural, creative and business sectors about how this space should be used, which will help further refine the vision for the building.
